3.406

初門。時藥唯通，文舉宿煮，具足四過；餘三藥並望限中名局，過限名通。又非時七日，限中唯開惡觸；盡形方開三罪，則通塞可見矣。

The first gate: Food-for-the-time only permits [the offense]; the text mentions storing overnight and cooking, being replete with the four faults; the remaining three medicines are all considered limited within their terms, and beyond their terms they are permitted. Furthermore, within the terms of the non-time [juices] and seven-day [medicines], only bad touch is excepted; only for lifetime [medicines] are the three offenses excepted; thus permission and prohibition can be seen.
