三中，初句。《四分》忘者，亦即開誤。又前《僧祇》誤持七日油等並同。次句。引《四分》不觸淨者，謂餘人得食，觸不成故。觸者不淨，即惡心人獨成污故。

Within the third [heading], the first sentence: in the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya, "one who forgot" is also an exception for mistakes. Furthermore, the previous Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya case of mistakenly holding seven-day oil and the like is also identical. As for the next sentence: it cites the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya where "it does not touch what is pure" means that other persons may eat it, because the [improper] touch is not constituted. "The touch makes it impure" means that only the person with evil intention solely incurs defilement.
