出生食中，初文。雖通前後，理合在前。準《寶雲經》，乞食分四分：一與同梵行人，一與乞人，一與鬼神，一分自食；故知前出，後方自食。

Under "Setting Aside Food for Beings," in the first text: Although it applies to both before and after, logically it ought to come before. In accordance with the Precious Cloud Sūtra, almsfood is divided into four portions: one is given to fellow practitioners of brahma-conduct, one to beggars, one to spirits and deities, and one portion is eaten oneself; therefore, we know that one sets it aside before, and only afterwards eats it oneself.
