三中，《十誦》明知事法，初教勤勞。常下，次令發願。教示餘眾，同此存心，故云亦爾。《善見》，明守寺。《智論》，教差次。請命依臘，須從上起；差役取卑，故從下起。

In the third [part]: the Daśādhyāya-vinaya explains the rules for administrative officers; first, it instructs diligence. From "constantly" onward, next, it enjoins making vows. Instructing the rest of the assembly to maintain the same intention, it says "also likewise." The Samantapāsādikā explains guarding the monastery. The Mahāprajñāpāramitā-śāstra instructs dispatching in turn. Invitations and requests follow seniority of vassa, so they must begin from the top; dispatching for labor takes the junior, so it begins from the bottom.
