In the sixth: the first section, the Dharmaguptaka-vinaya. When robbed, first take one's own extra robes; second, borrow another's robes; third, take the Saṅgha's bedding; all these mean wearing them temporarily, allowing one to go outside to seek [robes]. The Sudarśanavinayavibhāṣā first orders one to run holding them. From 'If' down, next it clarifies pursuit and loss. Being permitted to break grass is an exception to destroying growing things. Being permitted to wear the clothes of white-robed laymen or non-Buddhists is an exception to the offense of improper attire.
