In the concluding text: it also divides into framework and root. 'The Saṃgha has already approved, because the Saṃgha approved in silence; so let this matter be held thus'—this is the framework. Two phrases are above, and the character 'finished' (jìng) below falls in the middle. 'Conferring ordination on So-and-so, with So-and-so as upādhyāya' concludes the preceding root again. Below, from 'this', it points to the text. This can be understood.
