若比丘，有難處，有妨處，作大房，有主，為己作，不將餘比丘往指授處所者，僧伽婆尸沙。

If a bhikṣu, on a site with dangers or obstacles, builds a large hut that has an owner and is made for himself, without bringing other bhikṣus to mark out the site, it is a saṃghāvaśeṣa.
