非波羅夷比丘，以無根波羅夷法謗，欲壞彼清淨行；彼於異時，若問若不問，知是異分事中取片，是比丘自言「我瞋恚故作是語」者，僧伽婆尸沙。

and slanders a bhikṣu who is not a pārājika with a groundless pārājika matter, wishing to ruin his pure conduct; and at a later time, whether questioned or not questioned, knowing that it was taking a fragment from an extraneous matter, this bhikṣu himself says, "I spoke these words out of anger"—it is a saṃghāvaśeṣa.
