言其伴者，四人，若過。有二順從：法順從者，以法教授增戒、增心、增慧，諷誦承受也；衣食順從者，給與衣被、食飲、床臥具、醫藥。

Speaking of "his partisans," there are four persons or more. There are two kinds of compliance: compliance in Dharma, which means using Dharma to instruct in higher morality, higher mind, and higher wisdom, reciting and receiving; compliance in robes and food, which means providing robes and covers, food and drink, bedding, and medicine.
