大德僧聽！今僧十五日布薩說戒。若僧時到，僧忍聽，布薩說戒。白如是。

'Let the venerable saṃgha listen! Today, on the fifteenth day, the saṃgha performs poṣadha and recites the precepts. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha approves and listens, let it perform poṣadha and recite the precepts. This is the motion.'
