是比丘語彼比丘，作如是語：「大德！諸比丘有愛，有恚，有怖，有癡；有如是同罪比丘，有驅者，有不驅者。」

and this bhikṣu says to those bhikṣus, speaking thus: "Venerable Sirs! The bhikṣus have partiality, have anger, have fear, and have delusion; there being bhikṣus with the same offense, some are driven out while others are not driven out."
