除三衣已，若離餘衣，吉羅。尼同僧犯。不犯者：僧作羯磨；明相未出，若手捉衣，若捨衣，若至擲石所及處。若奪想，若水陸道斷急難，若賊，惡獸，強者所執，或命、梵難——若不捨衣及不至擲石及處，不犯也。

(Apart from the three robes, if one is separated from other robes, it is a duṣkṛta. Bhikṣuṇīs incur the same offense as bhikṣus. Those not committing an offense: when the Saṃgha has performed the karman; before the first light of dawn arises, if one holds the robe in hand, abandons the robe, or reaches the distance reached by a thrown stone; if one thought it was taken; if routes by water and land were cut off due to urgent hardship; or if there were robbers, vicious beasts, detention by the powerful, or dangers to life or the religious life—in such cases, even if one does not abandon the robe and does not reach the distance reached by a thrown stone, it is not an offense.)
