1.370

非親里者，非父母親及非七世；反上是親。若非親里，亦不籌量可不；若是親里，則便籌量，知有無，可取、不可取，若好若惡，若新若故等也。

("Unrelated" means not related through parents and not within seven generations; the reverse is related. If she is not a relative, one must not appraise whether it is permissible or not; if she is a relative, one may appraise it, knowing what is available or not, whether it can be taken or not, whether it is good or bad, whether new or old, and so forth.)
