不犯者：若奪、失等緣，從非親乞；若從親乞；若從出家人乞；或為他乞；他為己乞；或不求而得——並不名犯。

(Those not committing an offense: begging from an unrelated person due to robbery, loss, or similar causes; begging from a relative; begging from a renunciant; begging on behalf of another; another person begging for oneself; or receiving without asking—in none of these cases is it called an offense.)
