是中捨者。彼有信樂守園人，若優婆塞，當語言：「此是我所不應，汝當知之。」若彼取，還與比丘者，當為彼人物故受，勅淨人使掌之；若得淨衣鉢，應持貿易受持之。若彼優婆塞取已，與比丘淨衣鉢者，應取持之。

As for relinquishing it here: if there is a faithful park-keeper or an upāsaka, he should say to him, 'This is what is not allowable for me; you should know this.' If that person takes it and gives it back to the bhikṣu, he should accept it on behalf of that person's goods, instruct a pure person to manage it, and if he obtains pure robes or bowls, he should use it to trade and receive them. If that upāsaka, having taken it, gives the bhikṣu pure robes or bowls, he should take and keep them.
