謂價直一錢，數數上下。增賣者，價直一錢，言直三錢；重增賣者，價直一錢，言直五錢。買亦如是犯也。
meaning what is worth one coin, repeatedly fluctuating [the price]. Selling with a markup: what is worth one coin, he says is worth three coins; selling with a heavy markup: what is worth one coin, he says is worth five coins. Buying [in this manner] constitutes an offense in the same way.
