1.560

若瞋，自奪，及教人奪而藏者，犯；奪，未藏者，吉羅。若著樹上、架上、床上，及餘著處，離處犯墮；取不離處者，吉羅。

If, out of anger, he snatches it away himself or has someone else snatch it away and conceals it, he commits an offence; if he snatches it away but has not concealed it, it is a duṣkṛta. If it is placed on a tree, on a rack, on a bed, or in other places, moving it from its place incurs the falling (pātayantikā) offence; taking hold of it without moving it from its place is a duṣkṛta.
