比丘尼吉羅。不犯者，若捨作餘用，若著而浴，若浣，若舉者，是不犯。

For a bhikṣuṇī, it is a duṣkṛta. As for non-offenses: if he gives it away for another use, if he bathes while wearing it, if he washes it, or if he stores it, these are not offenses.
