1.61

佛言：「云何戒羸不捨戒？若有比丘，常懷愁憂，不樂梵行，厭比丘法，意欲在家，便言『我念父母婦兒親里、村落城邑、園田家業』『我欲捨佛』乃至『學事』等是也。若作是思『我今捨戒』，是戒羸而捨也。」

The Buddha said: "What is meant by the precepts being weakened without relinquishing the precepts? If a bhikṣu constantly harbors sorrow and distress, takes no joy in the brahmacarya, is weary of the bhikṣu's way, and intends to live at home, and then says, 'I remember my parents, wife, children, relatives, village, town, gardens, fields, and family property,' or 'I wish to relinquish the Buddha,' up to 'matters of training,' and so on, this is it. If he forms the thought, 'I now relinquish the precepts,' this is relinquishment due to the precepts being weakened."
