1.618

若許僧，轉與塔；若許四方僧，轉與現在僧；若僧，尼；若異處；若反上交互；若疑、想——並突吉羅。

If it was promised to the Saṃgha and he diverts it to a stūpa; if it was promised to the Saṃgha of the four quarters and he diverts it to the resident Saṃgha; if from the monks to the nuns; if to another place; if the above are interchanged; or if there is doubt or perception [of divergence]—all are duṣkṛtas.
