2.151

不犯者：無恚心，隨次出；若遣未受具出；若破戒、見、威儀，及為舉、擯；因此故命、梵難，驅出者——並開。

(Regarding non-offense: having no malice, having [them] leave according to seniority; if one sends out one who has not received upasampadā; if someone breaks the precepts, views, or deportment, or has been censured or expelled; or if because of this there are perils to life or chastity and one drives them out—all are permitted.)
