2.23

不犯者，破惡知識、惡伴黨。和尚、同師、知識、親友、數數語者無義無利，欲方便作無利義，破如是人者，不犯。

As for non-offense: breaking up bad spiritual companions and evil cliques. If one's preceptor, fellow disciple, spiritual companion, close friend, or frequent conversationalist acts without meaning and without benefit, or intends by skillful means to perform meaningless and unbeneficial deeds—breaking up such persons is not an offense.
