尼等吉羅。不犯者：不期；若直渡彼岸；若入船，船師失濟，上水下水；若往彼岸不得安隱；或為力勢所持；命、梵難緣，無犯。

For bhikṣuṇīs and others, it is a duṣkṛta. Non-offences: if there was no appointment; if crossing directly to the opposite bank; if upon entering the boat the boatman loses control of the crossing and goes upriver or downriver; if going to the opposite bank would not be safe; or if restrained by physical force; or during conditions of danger to life or celibacy—there is no offence.
