謂阿練若、乞食人，乃至持三衣、讚偈、多聞、法師、持律、坐禪也。

(This refers to an araṇyaka, an alms-gatherer, or even one who keeps three robes, recites verses, has heard much, is a Dharma master, keeps the Vinaya, or sits in meditation.)
