2.345

若先不知，不足食想；若與令棄；若與令舉；若遣令與人；若未作法令作；若病人殘食；若已作法食，不令他犯。

If he previously did not know, thinking it was not a satisfied meal; if he gives it telling him to discard it; if he gives it telling him to put it away; if he sends him telling him to give it to others; if the procedure has not yet been performed, telling him to perform it; if it is the leftovers of a sick person; if the food has already undergone the procedure, he does not make the other commit an offense.
