2.347

若彼受食之，咽咽二俱墮。若與食，彼棄之，或受而舉置，若受與餘人，若彼受已作法食；若病人食，欲令他犯；持病人殘食與，若作餘食法已與，欲令他犯——如上緣，一切與者，吉羅。

If that person receives and eats it, with each swallow both incur a prāyaścittika. If he gives food and that person discards it, or receives and puts it away, or receives and gives it to others, or having received it that person performs the procedure and then eats; or if it is food of a sick person, desiring to cause the other to commit an offense; or bringing the leftovers of a sick person and giving them, or giving after the procedure for leftover food has already been performed, desiring to cause the other to commit an offense—for all such conditions as above, the one who gives commits a duṣkṛta.
