尼等吉羅。不犯者：病人自乞；為病人乞，得而食之；或己為他；他為己；若不乞而得者，不犯。

(For bhikṣuṇīs and others, it is a duṣkṛta. Cases of non-offence: a sick person begging for himself; begging for a sick person, obtaining it, and eating it; or oneself for another; another for oneself; if one obtains it without begging, there is no offence.)
