彼先受請已，前後食不囑授，入門犯墮；餘方便，吉羅。不犯者：如上開緣；囑授比丘；若無比丘，不囑授，至庫藏處、聚落邊房，若至尼寺；至囑家；若眾多家敷坐具請比丘；若難緣者，開。

(If, having previously accepted an invitation, he does not entrust notice before or after the meal, entering the gate incurs a pātayantikā; other preliminary actions are duṣkṛtas. Cases of non-offence: the permitted conditions above; entrusting a bhikṣu; if there is no bhikṣu, not entrusting notice and going to a storehouse, a room at the border of a village, or going to a nunnery; going to the house of the person entrusted; if many people spread sitting mats and invite the bhikṣus; or if there are emergencies, it is permitted.)
