若方便捨見處，至聞處，吉羅。互作亦爾。見、聞俱離，方犯墮罪也。
(If through an expedient [the other] leaves the place of sight and reaches a place of hearing, it is a duṣkṛta. It is also thus conversely. Only when he has left both sight and hearing does he commit the falling offense.)
