放意自恣，從此至彼，逆流、順流，此沒彼出，手畫水，相灒，乃至以鉢盛水戲者。

[that is,] giving free rein to his desires and indulging himself, going from here to there, against the current or with the current, submerging here and emerging there, drawing in the water with his hands, splashing one another, up to playing with water held in a bowl.
