尼同犯。不犯者：先不知；不麁罪想；若向人說；無人向說；若發心向說，明相已出；若命、梵二難者，無犯。

Bhikṣuṇīs commit the same offense. There is no offense: if one did not know beforehand; if one did not perceive it to be a grave offense; if one spoke to someone; if there was no one to speak to; if one aroused the intention to speak to someone, but the first light of dawn had already appeared; or if there are the two perils of life or brahmacarya—in these cases there is no offense.
