說不了了，突吉羅。除此諍，若餘鬪罵發者；若發已諍；除二眾，若餘人諍，而發起者——一切吉羅。尼同犯。不犯者：若先不知；若觀作不觀想；若事實爾，語言「不善觀」等。若戲，若錯者，不犯。

(If spoken unclearly, it is a duṣkṛta. Aside from these disputes: if other fighting and verbal abuse are re-agitated; if a dispute already raised [is continued]; or aside from the two assemblies, if disputes of other people are re-agitated—all are duṣkṛtas. Bhikṣuṇīs commit the same offense. There is no offense: if one did not know beforehand; if examining it, one perceived it as unexamined; or if the fact is really so and one speaks words such as "it was not well examined". If in jest or by mistake, there is no offense.)
