2.61

除麁罪，以餘罪說者；自說麁罪、餘人罪——一切吉羅。不犯者，若不知，若眾曾差，若非麁想，若白衣先已聞者，不犯。

Excepting gross offenses, speaking of other offenses; or speaking of one's own gross offenses or other people's offenses—all are duṣkṛtas. As for non-offense: if one does not know, if previously appointed by the Saṃgha, if one perceives it as not gross, or if the white-robed layperson had already heard it beforehand, it is not an offense.
