不犯者，彼諫者癡不解語，言「汝還問和尚、闍梨，學問誦經」，若其事實爾者，不犯。

(As for the non-offences: if that admonisher is foolish and does not understand speech, and one says, "Go back and ask your upādhyāya or ācārya to study and recite sūtras," and if that is indeed the true fact, there is no offence.)
