若不了了，吉羅。毀呰毘尼者，波逸提。毀呰阿毘曇及餘契經者，吉羅。尼同犯。不犯者：若語言「先誦阿毘曇，然後誦律」，餘契經亦爾；若有病者，「須差已誦律」；「當勤求方便，於佛法中成四沙門果，後當誦律」，不欲滅法；若錯說者——並開。

(If indistinct, it is a duṣkṛta. Reviling the Vinaya is a prāyaścittika. Reviling the Abhidharma and other sūtras is a duṣkṛta. Bhikṣuṇīs commit the same offence. As for the non-offences: if one says, "First recite the Abhidharma, and afterwards recite the Vinaya," and the same for other sūtras; if one is sick, "Wait until recovered to recite the Vinaya"; "One should vigorously seek means to achieve the four śramaṇa fruits within the Buddha's Dharma, and afterwards recite the Vinaya," without wishing to destroy the Dharma; or if one speaks in error—all are permitted.)
