若說不了，吉羅。尼同犯。不犯者，其事實爾，作非法羯磨。若錯說彼此者，開。
If he speaks unclearly, it is a duṣkṛta. Bhikṣuṇīs commit the same offense. As for non-offenses: if the matter was actually so, that they performed an unlawful karman; or if he spoke mistakenly of this or that—it is permitted.
