不犯者：若僧伽藍中、寄宿處，如上捉舉方便；若是供養塔寺莊嚴具，為牢固收舉——一切不犯。

As for non-offense: if within a saṃghārāma or at a lodging place one takes and puts it away using the expedient means described above; or if it is an ornamental implement offered to a stūpa or monastery, and one gathers and puts it away for security—in all such cases there is no offense.
