不犯者，或時有病，尻邊生瘡，若有所與，若禮，若懺悔，若受教誡者。
There is no offence: if at times one is ill, having sores about the buttocks; if one is giving something; if one is paying homage; if one is repenting; or if one is receiving instruction.
