3.115

不犯者：或病；或為人打，戾身避杖；或惡獸觸，或逢擔刺，戾身避；或度坑搖身過；或著衣看齊整者。

There is no offence: if one is ill; if one is being beaten by someone and twists the body to avoid the stick; if one is attacked by a vicious beast, or meets someone carrying sharp stakes, and twists the body to avoid it; if one crosses a pit and sways the body to get across; or if one puts on robes and checks whether they are neat.
