3.143

不犯者：或有病；若聾不聞，須高聲囑授；若高聲施食；若命、梵二難，高聲而走者。

There is no offence: if one is ill; if someone is deaf and cannot hear, so that one must instruct them loudly; if distributing food with a loud voice; or if, facing the two perils of life or celibacy, one cries out loudly while running away.
