3.175

不犯者：或有病；若正須羹，不須飯，須飯亦爾；或日時欲過，或命、梵二難，疾食者。

Those who do not commit an offense: one who is ill; if one specifically needs soup and does not need rice, and likewise if one needs rice; or if the [proper] time is about to pass, or in the two perils of life and celibacy, eating swiftly.
