不犯者：或有病；患食熱，開中令冷；若日時欲過，若命、梵二難，疾刳中食者。

Those who do not commit an offense: one who is ill; suffering from the food being hot, opening the center to let it cool; if the [proper] time is about to pass, or in the two perils of life and celibacy, eating quickly by scooping the center.
