佛在舍衛。居士設供，手自斟酌，六群振手而食。居士譏言：「無有正法！如王、大臣。」比丘舉過，佛訶制戒。

The Buddha was in Śrāvastī. A householder provided an offering and served them with his own hands, but the group of six shook their hands while eating. The householder criticized them, saying: "They have no proper conduct! Just like kings and great ministers." The bhikṣus reported the fault, and the Buddha rebuked them and instituted the rule.
