不犯者，一坐食及不作餘食法比丘、病比丘，聽或時著脚邊一處，出時持棄者。

Those who do not violate it: a bhikṣu who eats in a single sitting, one who does not practice the ritual of leftover food, or a sick bhikṣu is permitted at times to place it beside his feet in one spot, and carry it out and discard it when leaving.
