「心莫作放逸，聖法當勤學，如是無憂愁，
心定入涅槃。」

"Let not the mind engage in heedlessness;
One should diligently train in the noble Dharma.
Being thus without grief or sorrow,
With mind concentrated one enters nirvāṇa."
