3.58

若不齊著者，故作，犯應懺突吉羅；以故作故，犯非威儀突吉羅。若不故作，突吉羅。比丘尼等四眾並突吉羅。乃至下篇成犯相並準此。

If one wears it untidily, intentionally doing so commits a duṣkṛta that requires confession; because it is done intentionally, it also commits an unseemly duṣkṛta. If not done intentionally, it is a duṣkṛta. The fourfold assembly, including bhikṣuṇīs, all commit a duṣkṛta. The conditions for committing offenses down to the following section all conform to this.
