3.66

佛在舍衛。六群反抄衣行入白衣舍，居士譏言：「無有慚愧，如王、臣、居士種。」比丘舉過，佛訶制戒。

The Buddha was in Śrāvastī. The group of six flipped up their robes as they walked into the homes of laypeople, and householders criticized them, saying: "They have no sense of shame, just like the class of kings, ministers, and householders." The bhikṣus reported the fault, and the Buddha reproached them and laid down the precept.
