If the speech is not fully understood, it is a duṣkṛta. Bhikṣuṇīs commit the same offense; for the three [lower] assemblies, it is a duṣkṛta. As for non-offenses: saying unseen of the unseen, up to saying known of the known, and so forth for the eight kinds. If in his mind he had the perception of having seen and then spoke, it is not an offense.
