第七、有主不處分造房戒。此戒一殘二吉，名但顯殘。文亦三節，第二節中辨順五句。一、「欲作大房」，此有施主，故雖大作而不廢業。二、「有主」，三、「為己作」，四、「教乞法」，五、「正與法」，次辨違教，可知。

The seventh is the precept on building a hut that has an owner without permission. This precept has one saṃghāvaśeṣa and two duṣkṛtas, but the title displays only the saṃghāvaśeṣa. The text also has three sections; in the second section, five clauses of compliance are explained: First, "wishing to make a large hut": here there is a donor, so although one makes it large, it does not neglect one's practice. Second, "having an owner"; third, "making it for oneself"; fourth, "teaching the procedure for requesting"; fifth, "formally granting the authorization." Next, non-compliance with the teaching is explained, which can be understood.
