九十五、老病比丘，開從僧乞白二羯磨許杖絡囊，如律雜揵度辨。

Rule ninety-five, for aged and sick bhikṣus, it is permitted to request from the Saṃgha by a ñattidutiya-kamma permission for a staff and a net pouch, as explained in the Miscellaneous Section (Saṃyutta-khandhaka) of the Vinaya.
